Here is how you can create customized Barcode Label Templates using the F: Barcode Generator app.

Open the F: Barcode Generator app. Go to the Templates Page.

Enter a Name for your template.

Select your desired label size from the table. You can search for labels using the search bar or you can add your own custom label by clicking on the Add Label button.

Couldn't find your label size? No worries! You can simply let us know your label size, and our team will update it in the app within 24 hours.

Add extra features to your Template form customisation area. There are three different templates Slashed, Lines and Trio point

Slashed: You just check the features and the data will be aligned one by one in label

Lines: Select the values you would like to have on the label and adjust the font size and position and click the save button. Repeat the process if you would like to have more than o

Generating Barcodes for Your Products

Here is how you can create a Barcode Number for your product using the F: Generate Barcode app.

Open the F: Generate Barcode app. Click on the Create Campaign button, and click on Barcode Number.

There are four different ways to create barcodes:

1. Generated Barcode: This feature generates a unique system-generated Barcode ID for each product.

Barcode Length: You can decide the length of the Barcode number here, with a default length of 6.

Barcode character format: Choose the format characters to be used for the barcode.

In Advanced section :-

Overwrite duplicate barcodes: This feature detects duplicated barcodes and replaces them in your products. If there are no duplicate or repeating barcodes, no changes will be applied.

Overwrite existing barcodes: Only use this feature if you want to remove the existing barcodes for products and create new ones for them. After replacing the barcode number, it cannot be undone.

Use Abbreviations: You can incorporate references to product names or inventory management names in your barcodes. The first six letters will be added to your barcode if you check any of the

How to generate SKU ?

1. Once the user is satisfied with the SKU preview (refer previous articles) , they can click on the "Generate" button to initiate the SKU code generation process.

A progress modal will appear indicating the status of the SKU code generation process. If the process is successful, users will be redirected to a success page, and an email will be sent to them from "[email protected]" confirming that the SKU generation is complete.

However, if the process fails, an error page will be displayed. In this scenario, users can go back and review their SKU settings and try generating the SKU codes again.

2. Once you have generated the SKU, you can reset all settings for SKU attributes by clicking the 'Reset' button.

Printing Barcode Labels

Here is how you can print your custom Barcode Label Templates using the F: Barcode Generator app. To print barcode labels, you should create a Barcode Label Template. If you haven't created any Label Templates, you can refer to the documents.

Open the F: Barcode Generator app. Open any of your campaigns, or you can select the Create Campaign button.

Go to the Print Barcode section.

Select your created Template in the Barcode Template section.

In the Product section, click on the Select Products button.

Select the products for which you want to print labels and click Add. Preview the selected products and their created barcodes.

To Print the Labels, click on the Print Labels button and then click Save.

In your PDF Invoice - Order Printer account, go to the Preferences → Store details page.
Type in your VAT number in the VAT Number or Registered Number field.
