How do I add a validated VAT number to the invoice?

You can add the VAT number to the invoice along with the customer details. This can be done even if you're not on Shopify Plus

1. Go to the Settings section of the app
2. First install our PDF Invoice App by clicking Install F: PDF Invoice

3. Then click "Activate now"

4. In the F: PDF Invoice App under the Customer (B2B) section

• Click Activate VAT number sync

• Make sure it's active by checking the tag; when it's active, it will show Active in green

5. Then click Sync Customers

6. Check or uncheck Overwrite existing CIN numbers

• If checked, existing CIN numbers will be overwritten with new ones

7. Then click Sync Now

Now the VAT number validated in F: EU VAT Exempt is synced with the F: PDF Invoice App. You can now show it on the invoice. Refer to this article for instructions on how to do it.
