How do I show International Shipping first for non U.S customers?

Open F: Shipping Rules App

1. Click the "Create New Rule" button

2. choose Sort Shipping Options

3. Give the rule a name
4. Enter the Shipping Method Order by typing the shipping method names in the order you want them displayed (comma-separated)
5. Click Next

6. If you want this to run only when a condition is true, change Rule Application from Always apply this rule to When certain conditions are met
7. Choose the condition Customer Country
8. Choose whether the countries you select are included or not.
9. Enter the countries using their two letter codes (e.g., US)
10. Click on the Add Condition button

• You can add one or more conditions.

10. Then click on Create Rule

11. You can set the following conditions for when the shipping method should be hidden:

• Cart Total Amount: Choose if the cart total amount is greater than, less than, equal to, greater than or equal to, or less than or equal to a specific value
• Cart Quantity: Choose if the quantity is greater than, less than, equal to, greater than or equal to, or less than or equal to a specific value
• Cart Contains products: Choose contains or doesn't contain, then select the products
• Customer Country: Choose the customer's country.

That's it! You've successfully created a Shipping rule for your Shopify store.
