How to setup Automated SKU for your newly added products ?

Thank you for choosing our Final SKU app to streamline your product management process. We're here to guide you through the steps to efficiently manage your inventory with automated SKUs and preferences. Follow these steps to get started:

1.  Subscription Verification :

Before diving in, ensure that you have purchased the Pro Monthly Plan.

2. Enabling Automated SKUs :

Navigate to the 'Automated SKU' page within our app. Here, you'll find a toggle switch – ensure it's activated by switching it to the 'Enabled' position. Once this feature is enabled, our application will automatically add SKUs to all the products and variants thereafter.

3. Defining Your SKU Preferences :

Preferences are essential in configuring how our app generates SKUs for your products. Think of them as customizable attributes that influence the way your SKUs are created. The user interface for this process closely resembles our main page. If you need help setting up these preferences, our previous articles can provide useful guidance.

4. Viewing and Editing Preferences :

Clicking on the arrow icon associated with a preference will display the preference data. You can review and modify this data as needed. After making changes, don't forget to click the "Save" button located at the top right corner of the interface.

5. Activate Preference Rule :

When you have multiple preference rules, if you have already activated one, you will see a green active icon next to that rule. To activate a new one, click on the activate button on the right side.

6. Automating SKU Creation :

Here's the exciting part – as you add new products to your store, our app will automatically generate SKUs based on the preference rules you've set. This means you don't have to manually assign SKUs; our app does it for you, saving you time and effort.

7. Deleting Preferences :

If you ever need to make changes or eliminate a preference rule, you have the option to delete it. Just click on the "Delete" button associated with the preference you want to remove.
